User access for use of this Web Site is subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Mishkah is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Your personal information is never shared and is always protected by 256-bit encryption.

  • The type of browser and operating system and connection speed used to access the site

This information is used for site management purposes — to learn about areas of the site that are of the most and least interest, the number of visitors to the site, and the types of technology visitors use.

If you choose to provide us with personal information — such as if you send us an e-mail — we collect and store your e-mail address and the content of your communication in order to consider and, as appropriate, reply to your communication. We do not sell, distribute, or share your e-mail address to any other entities except as described herein.

Sensitive personal information obtained from university enrollment and registration of classes is stored securely and is never shared with entities outside of Mishkah.

DONATION INFORMATION

To donate on this Web site, you must first complete a donation form, in which you must provide contact information (name, shipping address, phone number, and email address) and financial information (credit card/debit card number and expiration date or checking account and routing number). This information is used to process donors’ contributions, provide donations receipts, and generate donor reports. This information is also used to contact users if any problems are encountered processing a particular donation. This information is also used to send program materials and tax receipts. We use Authorize.net as our merchant account service to process credit card/debit card donations and Bank of America Direct for checking account (ACH) donations. Authorize.net and Bank of America Direct does not share or use donors’ personal information for any secondary purposes.

SHARING

Mishkah does not share its donor data with any other organization or group.

MAILING LIST

Users who join our mailing list will receive periodic mailings throughout the year. Users may update their subscription details (including unsubscribe) at any time by clicking on the subscribe link on our site.

SECURITY

This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When you submit sensitive information via the Web site, your information is protected both online and off-line. All sensitive data entered (such as credit card numbers) is encrypted and is protected with the highest level of 256-bit encryption — SSL.

Your information is also protected off-line. All of our supporters’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.
